Quick update on the cultures we tested and inoculated 2 weeks ago.

We have been busy renovating our Lab here on the farm, and getting some new equiptment in. This meant the laminiar flow was out of action while we pressure washed and repainted everything. The cultures didnt seem to mind, quite happy doing thier thing in the incubation tent. Check them out below:
